- Model Railroad Engineer: Civil Certificate (PDF): (US) National Model Railroad Association is a club that supports modellers and has a scheme where you can study and earn certificates to become a Model Railroad Master (MMR). The ‘Civil Certificate’ is one of these.

Do you have any for sale if so how much ?

Hi Mike — sorry. We don’t have anything like that. Some of our members have made themselves padded carry cases from plywood in the past, but they are custom made and not for sale. Cheers, Ross.
